BIOGRAPHY

He is a faculty member in OB and HRM area at Amrita School of Business. Earlier he has worked as an Academic Associate in Organizational Behavior area at Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. At IIM Ahmedabad, he has attended and assisted in conducting various Management Development Programs (MDPs) designed for middle and senior level executives. In addition, he was involved in conducting Workshop on Leadership Skills for the participants of PGPX program of IIM Ahmedabad. Prior to joining IIM Ahmedabad, he has worked as a Lecturer with Banasthali University, Rajasthan. He has passed National Eligibility Test (NET) in Psychology conducted by University Grants Commission (UGC). Dr. Rathi is a keen researcher and has published several papers in various national and international journals and contributed a chapter in one book published by Macmillan Publishers, New Delhi. He has also presented papers in various national and international conferences/seminars such as at IIT Kanpur, DIPR Delhi, IIM Kozhikode etc.
